Step 1: Choose Your Membership Tier

Pick the plan that fits your budget and goals — Bronze ($99/mo), Silver ($199/mo), Gold ($399/mo) or Platinum ($999/mo).

Each tier comes with built-in home equity: $10K, $20K, $50K & $150K respectively that are vested after 3 years or sooner.

Step 2: Start Building Equity

– Begin monthly payments.
– Track your progress in your Geohaus dashboard.
– Attend webinars and financial coaching.
– Enjoy MemberPerks (groceries, fuel, travel, retail, and more).

Step 3: Geohaus Builds While You Pay

– Geohaus searches for property locations that work for you, then acquires and develops new multi-unit homes on your timeline.
– You’ll get project updates aligned to your progress.
– Your home is built in sync with your 3-year plan or accelerated payment schedule.

Step 4: Eligibility Milestone

You become eligible to move in or activate equity once:
– You complete 36 monthly payments, OR
– You reach the total through accelerated payments.

Step 5: Move In or Hold Equity

– Move into your new home within one of our multi-unit developments
– Lease it and earn rental income

Step 6: Cash Out, Reinvest, or Stay

– Sell equity back to Geohaus or new members
– Reinvest in new projects
– Continue your subscription to grow more equity
