Official Rules & Terms
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Geohaus Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
To enter, participants must:

Like the official giveaway post.

Each action earns points that increase your chances of winning:

The participant with the highest engagement score (total points) at the end of the contest period will be declared the winner.

3. Contest Period
The contest begins on October 22nd and ends on Nov 31st @ 11:59PM EST. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
4. Prize
The winner will receive a Geohaus Bronze Membership, which includes a $20,000 equity stake in a future Geohaus co-ownership property under development.
Prize Details:
The $20,000 represents prepaid real estate equity in a Geohaus building currently under development.
This equity is linked to a specific residential unit (studio or one-bedroom) assigned based on availability and regional pricing.
Over 36 months, the winner’s $20,000 stake grows in value as the property is completed.
Once the building is ready for occupancy, the winner can choose to:
🏠 Move In: Apply the $20,000 equity toward occupying the assigned unit under Geohaus’ Rent-to-Own model, or
💵 Cash Out: Sell the $20,000 stake back to Geohaus and keep the proceeds.
The membership can be continued, upgraded, or transferred into a higher-tier membership (e.g., Silver or Gold) if desired.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no direct cash value outside the Geohaus Membership Program.
All redemptions are subject to Geohaus’ membership terms, verification procedures, and project availability at the time of occupancy.
5. Selection & Notification of Winner
After the contest closes, the total points will be tallied, and the top participant will be selected as the winner.
The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on Instagram and/or by email within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Geohaus reserves the right to select the next eligible participant.
6. Verification and Conditions
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must:
Provide valid government-issued photo ID and proof of Canadian residency.
Sign a Release and Declaration of Compliance, confirming eligibility and acceptance of all contest terms.
Failure to meet verification requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. General Conditions
Geohaus Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without notice if technical issues, fraud, or events beyond its control affect the fairness or integrity of the contest.
Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the operation of the contest will result in automatic disqualification.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or story for promotional purposes related to Geohaus, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely for contest administration and communication purposes in accordance with Geohaus Inc.’s Privacy Policy
10. Limitation of Liability
Geohaus Inc., its affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in this contest or use of the prize.
11. Governing Law
This contest and all related matters are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
